Argyris Pedoulakis undertook the technical leadership of PAOK, as was announced by the technical director of the club, Nikos Bountouris. The collaborator of Dimitris Drosos, stressed characteristically: “We decided to go with Argyris Pedoulakis, because he fullfills the criteria we had placed for the head coaching position"

The previous season, Argyris Pedoulakis sat on the bench of AGOR. In the past he has worked as a coach in Peristeri, Makedonikos and Panellinios.
